Specifics: GPS technology represents a real revolution in data acquisition: thanks to the GPS module developed by AiM and the software Race Studio 3 , it is now possible to enter the track and immediately begin to acquire and view the lap times, also noting the necessary data both for engine tuning and for improving driving technique: speed, track position, trajectories.
When you enter the track - if this is included in the track database in Race Studio 3 - GPS08 immediately starts to take lap times.
In fact, the software database includes the coordinates of almost two thousand tracks from all over the world (as well as map, contact information and logo), presented by country, type and background of the circuit: you can create your personal lists, adding and removing the tracks you want. Just transfer your selection of tracks to the AiM system and GPS08 will recognize them immediately.

Specifics: MemoryKey allows immediate data storage as they are acquired by AiM data loggers (MXL and EVO4) during test or race sessions, and their transfer to PC for analysis with the powerful Race Studio 2 software.
With a memory of 32MB, MemoryKey is capable of storing data from numerous sessions.
Thanks to MemoryKey it is no longer necessary to wait for the data to be downloaded from the logger: just insert it into the MXL or EVO4 before the session and it will automatically store all the data acquired by the logger.
At the end of the test, MemoryKey will download the data to the PC, like a very common SD card.
If you need not to interrupt the test or race session, just insert another MemoryKey in the logger and continue with the data collection.
MemoryKey can be used in an extremely flexible way: it can be detached from the logger of one vehicle and inserted into the logger of another, even with the engine running, without deleting or superimposing the data of different sessions.
